FAQ
What happens if my card fails?
Your team can still log in, but app features are paused until payment is restored. Your data stays intact — just update your card and everything resumes automatically.
Who handles Stripe charges to my customers?
You do, through your own Stripe account. When a host pays an invoice in your portal, the money lands in your Stripe, not GuestRdy's. We just bill you the $49/$99 monthly platform fee.
Can I move to my own domain later?
Yes — Pro plan. Point a CNAME to us, and your portal is live at portal.yourcompany.com with auto-issued SSL.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No refunds for unused days, but no commitment beyond the month either.
